Placing your order is extremely easy. All you need to do is e-mail or call (952) 992-0227 and our friendly sales representative will take you step-by-step through the process and ensure all of your designs, wants and needs are handled. |

2. What is the Typical Turn Around Time?
|
|
Turn-around time for custom shirt art to be designed, printed and delivered to you is typically four to six weeks. However, that time frame can vary depending on the time of season. |

3. What Do You Need From Me To Get Started?
|
|
There are three things we need to get your custom art started. 1) High resolution photos of the car we are going to draw at the exact angle you want to see it drawn. 2) An idea or concept that you would like to see in the design along with anything you don't want to see in the design. 3) $1000 art deposit. The deposit holds your spot in line and ensures we get to your design on schedule. |

4. Will I See A Proof?
|

Yes, in fact, you will see multiple proofs from the time we start until you give us final approval to print. Art proofs will be e-mailed to you. |

5. What is The Minimum Order?
|
|
The minimum order on custom shirt art is 144 shirts, however, we do offer great price breaks on orders of 300 shirts and above. If you are doing a logo shirt without the custom art, your minimum can be as low as 24. |

6. How Many Colors Of Ink Can You Use In My Design. Does It Cost More?
|

Joe Provo Custom Racing Apparel can create and print a design that has as many as 12 different colors used on the print. No, there is no additional cost. We want you to have the best looking shirt possible and we do whatever it takes to achieve that. |

7. Are There Additional Fees To Have A Two Car Design?
|
|
The base rate cost takes into consideration that we will be drawing one car with the custom art. However, if you want to add a second or even third car, a hauler, or even the driver or crew in uniform, we would be glad to do so. Be sure to ask the sales representative for an additional art quote for any extra art that you may want to have included into your design. |

8. How Do Re-Orders Work?
|

Re-Orders are a very easy process. In fact all you need to do is call you sales representative, and let them know. Minimum quality on a re-order is 144 shirts. Typical turn-around time on re-orders are one to two weeks. |

9. Do You Only Draw Race Cars Custom Art?
|
|
No. While motorsports is a big portion of our market, we just as frequently do custom art for businesses, schools, sport teams, events, etc... If you have no affiliation with motorsports, give us a call. Custom art is custom art, no matter if it is a race car, building, plane, or individual .... we can trick it out for you. |
